The
house has large lawns on three sides. A
few paces from the front terrace, steps lead down to the swimming pool. Salt-treated and measuring 12 x 6 metres, the pool commands lovely views
down the valley. Sun loungers, parasols and tables are provided on the
large pool surround.
A large BBQ and a table tennis
table as well as plenty of leisure furniture are located on the terraces.
There is ample room for parking cars as well as a covered parking area.
The
house has extensive external lighting and all the terraces can be illuminated.
A sensor at the entrance to the house will switch on the front lights
when you return at night.
