The front terrace opens into a full-height day room which incorporates a large dining area, kitchen and sitting area. From the sitting area, double doors lead on to the walled rear terrace. From the dining area, double doors lead on to a covered terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• central island unit with additional sink

A lobby from the terrace leads to the sitting room, which is 15 x 7 metres. At the rear of the sitting room is a full-size snooker table.

The salon has a satellite TV showing UK channels and a DVD player.

There are plenty of books for all tastes as well as lots of family games.

Also downstairs, there is a large utility room with a washing machine and a butler’s sink, and a shower-room with wc and basin.

UPSTAIRS

The upper floor of the house has four bedrooms and a galleried studio area.

The principal double bedroom and the second double bedroom have a shower-room with wc and washbasin.

Two twin bedrooms share the main bathroom with bath, wc and basin.

The galleried landing extends to large open second sitting room. There is a TV and VHS player for UK videos only plus a selection of films.
